innogy International Middle East (innogy IME) is going forward with the development of its next generation Smart City project: Manarati. Last week in Cagnes sur mer (France), innogy IME signed an MoU with a leading outdoor lighting manufacturer RAGNI to develop the next generation Smart Lighting Pole for the Middle East.
